The co-founder and CEO of the company Grafik Optymalny. A graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Economics in Krakow. An expert in the field of work time planning and optimization of the cost of labour. Basing on her expirience as a manager in companies such as Inditex, Hennes & Mauritz and AmRest, in 2016 she created a SaaS system for automated scheduling and optimizing working time, which also covers many other HR processes. The company she created was invited by Google to the Residency Program in 2018, as one of 9 companies from Central and Eastern Europe offering an innovative product. It is also part of the concept called Microsoft Store of the Future and Factory of the Future, where the most innovative technologies are presented. Grafik Optymalny takes an innovative approach to data analysis, using it, for example, to predict staff turnover, allowing to predict when an employee wants to quit his job before it occurs, and thus to keep him in the company.
