Manager of Agricultural Social Insurance Fund agency in Giżycko. His education includes MSc in animal bioengineering in the field of biotechnology, logistician, computer scientists, graduate of University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn and Higher Officer’s School in Poznań. Among passions and interests mainly sailing, hockey, football, playing bass guitar and obviously beloved Masuria.
