At Allegro since 2017. He is responsible for the commercial area of Allegro, which consists of business units: marketplace, advertising, classifieds and C2C as well as the eBilet company. In his everyday work, he focuses on developing and increasing the attractiveness of the offer on the marketplace platform, the development and commercialization of modern advertising solutions and cooperation with tens of thousands of Allegro partners.

Previously, he was the CEO of First Data Polska and Baltics, a leader in the field of payment technologies and solutions in the fintech area. In 2010-2014 he was responsible for building the Payback program in Poland as the managing director of Loyalty Partner Polska. In the years 2008–2010 he was a Partner in the strategic consulting company McKinsey & Company. He is a graduate of the Europa Universitaet Viadrina in Germany. He also completed MBA studies at INSEAD university in France and Singapore.
