Member of the Management Board, Development, PKN ORLEN S.A.

As a member of the Management Board, Mr Zbigniew Leszczyński is in charge of technology and development, investments, procurement, occupational health and safety office.

Mr Leszczyński has extensive managerial experience in the fuels industry. During his more than a decade long career with the ORLEN Group,
he was responsible for such areas as logistics, construction and development of the service station chain, wholesale of refinery
and petrochemical products and development of the wholesale business. He has also implemented many strategic projects for the Company.

Zbigniew Leszczyński graduated from the University of Warsaw, the Faculty of Accounting and Finance. He also completed the following postgraduate courses: EU Business Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, Computer Networks Design and Operation at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and Project Management at the Leon Koźmiński Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management
in Warsaw.

At present, Zbigniew Leszczyński serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry and member of the Board of the European Petroleum Refiners Association.
