Born in 1967, Szczecin, Poland. Academic education in electric engineering at Technical University of Szczecin, post graduate at National School of Public Administration, Warsaw. His career started in 1993 in shipbuilding industry as quality control engineer. In 1999 he started working as a civil service official at Ministry of Economy. Since then has been working in energy area, especially at electricity market and transmission infrastructure issues. He is representing Poland at EU working parties related to European energy policy, security of electricity supply and energy market. Experienced in cooperation on regional level in Central and Eastern Europe, Northern Europe and Baltic region as well as on bilateral relations with European, Asian and American countries. Responsible also for energy efficiency solutions and energy and climate issues.
