Tomasz Misiak is a founder and President of the Supervisory Board of Work Service S.A., a company listed on the WSE. Owner and manager Mizyak Investment Fund LTD. He used to be a member of the Supervisory Boards of the companies: Exact Systems Sp. z o.o. and MM Conferences S.A. Until 2016, he was President of Fundacja Świat Idei (The World of Ideas Foundation) which is the publisher of Polish edition of Project - Syndicate. In years 2005-2011, he served the function of Chair of the Economic Affairs Commission and participated in works of Commission of the European Union.

He won many business awards, i.a. Teraz Polska, The Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. He graduated from Wrocław University of Economics, IESE Business School, and Global Dealership Seminar at Georgetown University.
