Szymon Byliński is the Director of Innovation and Technology Development Department in Ministry
of Energy. Previously, in Ministry of Economy, and now in Ministry of Energy, Mr Byliński was responsible for the regulations of polish fuel market, infrastructure of alternative fuels and a quality of the fuels.

Szymon Byliński is coauthor of the documents of key importance for e-mobility development in Poland: The Act of 11 January, 2018 on Electromobility and Alternative fuels (Dz. U. of 2018, Item 317) and National Framework for the Development of Alternative Fuels Infrastructure.

Currently, as a Director of Innovation and Technology Development Department, Szymon Byliński
is responsible for the implementation of Low-Emission Transport Fund (Fundusz Niskoemisyjnego Transportu), which is a support for development of electromobility and other alternative fuels in Poland.
