Surojit Ghosh is currently with EY in the role of Executive Director responsible as Business Development Leader in Tax for Central, Eastern, Southern Europe and Central Asia (CESA). Based in Warsaw, he joined EY in December 2016. Prior to this, he was Vice President for ArcelorMittal, where he held positions on three continents including CFO and Country Manager in Romania, Poland, Central East Europe and Kazakhstan.

He has more than 35 years of experience working in global companies with roles in Finance, Internal Audit & Accounting Procedures, Government Affairs, Stakeholder relations. His role included running businesses, developing systems, building teams, creating centers of excellence, engaging with the government/institutions, industry & business associations on tax reforms, trade policies, regulatory frameworks, forming alliances and joint ventures with partners.
