For over 10 years, he has been supporting digital transformation in the largest Polish enterprises. Since 1990 Radosław has been associated with CAD / CAM / CAE / PDM business. He is the author of many publications and several patents using 3D modeling and MES and MBS simulations. Until 2004, Radoslaw was employed as an implementation engineer, constructor and technical director. In Autodesk since 2006, where for the first four years he was responsible for the popularization and implementation of Autodesk software at Universities and technical schools in Central Europe, Russia and the Middle East. Since 2010, he has been supporting the largest Polish enterprises - Autodesk customers - in the digital transformation.

Radosław is a Ph.D. and engineer in the field of machine operation construction as well as MBA holder.
