Over twenty years of experience working in NGO sector. He has been associated with Activation Foundation – a leading organization in the field of professional activation of people with disabilities at the open labor market. Currently the President of the Board.

Founder and coordinator of the „ON Inclusion 14-20” group, which contributed to include notation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (including the principle of accessibility) into the mainstream of the European Structural and Investment Funds 2014-2020. One of the leaders of the Congress of Persons with Disabilities.

Represents the Activation Foundation in umbrella organizations and social dialogue entities. He has been involved in the works of the Partnership Agreement Committee and the Monitoring Committee for the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development. Member of the Accessibility Council at the Ministry of Investment and Economic Development.

He has many years of experience in creating system solutions for professional activation of people with disabilities (including models for contracting labor market services, supported employment, job crafting model) and participatory methods of creating public policies.
