Piotr Pilch - Former Director of the Podkarpackie Teacher Education Centre in Rzeszów and Podkarpackie Deputy Governor, currently Deputy Marshall of the Podkarpackie Region. Graduate of the Higher School of Pedagogy in Kraków in Geography and postgraduate studies in Educational Management and Education for Safety.
