Paweł Zarudzki, Robotic and Cognitive Automation Leader, Deloitte

Paweł has several years of experience in the implementation of large transformation programs for support functions (including the design, construction and start-up of shared service centers) and the optimization of business processes using the Lean methodology and robotics. Implementing the RPA, BPMS and Automation and Cognitive Analytics solutions, he supports organizations in the areas of:

•              selecting tools that correspond to real business needs,

•              effective, controlled application and installation of robots in a production environment,

•              design and implementation of competence centers in the field of process automation,

•              management of organizational changes,

•              and building internal know-how to enable the maintenance and development of robots.

Paweł has also experience in the optimization of management information systems and support in the implementation of EPR systems. Before starting his career in consulting, he worked as an auditor of financial statements.

He is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics and holds the titles of Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and the Associate Chartered Management Accountant by CIMA.
