CEO of Enea since January 2016 - coordinates the issues related to the overall activities of the Company and the Group Enea.

With the energy sector is related to more than 20 years, performing management functions at the level of operational and strategic. In the years 1999-2015 he worked in various managerial positions for the Group ALSTOM Power. As a member of the top management of the Group Alstom in Poland contributed development plans and strategies of the energy sector of the Group and was responsible for the acquisition of new investment projects in the field of conventional energy and renewable energy. He managed and coordinated cooperation with key participants in the investment process energy projects in Poland, as well as developing business relationships with the main players in the energy market in the Czech Republic, Romania and the Balkans. In 2015 he led the company SNC Lavalin Sp. o.o. Poland in the rank of Vice-President and Director of Business Development. In 1995-1998 he worked for ABB. The Department of Service ABB Poland has developed and implemented the strategy of selling services and products service in the Polish energy sector.

Miroslaw Kowalik is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Maritime Academy in Gdynia. He graduated from the executive MBA (program Rotterdam School of Management in collaboration with the University of Gdańsk and the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development) to give the title of Executive Master of Business Administration. He also completed postgraduate studies Finance Management Business School of Economics in Warsaw. Currently held Ph.D. Executive Doctor of Business Administration at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economic Sciences. Miroslaw Kowalik participated in numerous training courses, including: Advanced Quality Management Programme, Six Sigma Development Programme, Power Plant Sales Engineer Technical Training, PP-SETT in Switzerland and Germany, Project Planning & Control Programme, Mountaineer Leadership Programme, Business Leaders Development Programme.
