Michał Lisawa is an advocate and counsel in Baker McKenzie, Warsaw Office’s Employment Law Practice. He specializes in labor and employment law matters. He advises clients on all aspects of hiring staff, in particular recruitment, redundancies, compensation and benefits, employment policies, discrimination, employment litigation as well as trade unions. He has extensive experience in handling HR issues in M&A deals and reorganizations.
