Has been associated with PKP (Polish State Railways) for 27 years and with PKP Intercity since 2006. For all these years, he has been held various positions, from rail traffic controller to management posts.  His specialization is creation and execution of train and tariff services. He has been cooperated with Ministry of Infrastructure and Development in terms of grants to support rail passenger services, including international long-distance transport. He graduated transport studies at the Technical University of Radom and completed postgraduate studies in marketing and management at University of Szczecin and project management at the Kozminski University. In March 2016, he was appointed the CEO of PKP Intercity.
