Marcin Tchórzewski - the founder and CEO of Coders Lab IT school, an educational Partner of Pracuj.pl which has already educated over 3,300 programmers, testers and UX designers. Marcin Tchórzewski is also the founder of the "Możesz ITy" foundation which gives juveniles of orphans an opportunity to start a well-paid career in IT.

He is a graduate and PhD student at Warsaw School of Economics as well as an expert of the Polish Development Fund. For successfully connecting the educational mission with business goals, he was awarded the Auler prize.
