Associated with the aviation industry since 1995. Marcin Opalinski has held key positions in the structures of LOT Ground Services, PLL LOT S.A., LOT Services and LS Airport Services. He has also been an advisor to the Management Board and a manager responsible for managing strategic areas of the ground personnel agent's activity.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed post-graduate studies in human resources management at the Warsaw School of Economics, aviation management at the Academy of National Defence in Warsaw as well as specialised training programmes for managers of the aviation sector organized by IATA – Diploma in Aviation Studies.

Creator of the idea of LS World – a community that brings together the experience, knowledge and passion of the employees of both organisations, their specialised equipment along with advanced technology and infrastructure of the LS Cargo Park facility.

Initiator of LS Academy – an educational project created for both employees and potential members of future ground personnel.
