Graduate of the 4 year doctoral studies in the Department of General Ecology at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin. 17 years of experience in managing environmental impact assessments, 25 years of experience in cooperating with national and local authorities. Adviser on environmental, legal, economic and social aspects of over 75 projects in the energy sector, expert in social dialogue and management of social conflicts.

•       2015-2016 – Director of the Location, Infrastructure and Environmental Protection Unit in PGE EJ1 – company dedicated to the development of the first Polish nuclear power plant

•       2005-2008 – Co-founder, General Director and member of the Management Board of the Polish Economic Chamber of Renewable Energy (PIGEO)

•       since 2008 – Entrepreneur in the environment and energy sector, co-founder of AG SMDI

•       2001-2005 – Adviser with the Ministry of Environment, head of political cabinet in the Ministry of Environment,

•       2000-2001 – Worked for Proeko Sp. o.o. – first  Polish professional environmental consulting firm

•       Author and co-author of numerous publications, studies and guidelines in the field of environmental impact assessment of energy projects, studies on social and economic impacts of offshore and onshore wind farms, and a number of market  analyses in Poland.
