Kamil Osiński is an advocate and Real Estate Law Leader at EY. He specializes in real estate law, in particular in verification of the legal status of real properties, real estate transactions as well as lease agreements concerning office and retail spaces. Kamil has a broad experience in advising both domestic and foreign developers, investment funds and banks on real estate issues pertaining in acquisition and disposal of the real estate (retail, office and residential) as well as preparation and completion of an investment.

Kamil graduated from Warsaw University (Master of Law), Warsaw School of Economics (Postgraduate Management Studies for Developers) and also completed Center For American Law Studies (University of Warsaw / University of Florida) as well as Program on Negotiation and Leadership at Harvard Law School.
