A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice, majors: Industry Economics and Organisation, Organisation and Management. Completed post-graduate studies at the University of Science and Technology in Kraków in enterprise management.

She has over 20 years of experience in managing production companies and holdings in steel industry and non-ferrous metal processing entities as well as companies engaged in financial activity. She gained managerial experience as the Financial Vice President at Huta Katowice S.A., the Vice President of Orzeł Biały S.A., the President of Huta Bankowa Sp. z o.o. and the President of Carbo Holding sp. z o.o. She has implemented consulting projects for companies operating in the private sector, companies with state shares and local government entities. As a regular member of the Interim Management Association in Warsaw, she promotes the idea of interim management in Poland – using managerial experience that has been practised in Germany and Great Britain for 30 years.

Since 2016 she has been the President of the Management Board in Towarzystwo Finansowe Silesia Sp. z o.o. (previously holding this function in 2006-2008) – a Treasury company involved in the restructuring and financing of large enterprises of importance to the national economy. She is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TORPOL S.A.
