Graduate of Information Technologies Faculty at the Technical University in Bialystok, Harvard Business School and the Executive MBA program. For many years has been associated with Siemens. In 2000-2005 he worked in the field of IT technology and IT solutions for the Siemens Business Service division and was responsible for outsourcing services and IT solutions sales. In the years 2005-2012 he decided to tie his future career with the telecommunications market and take advantage of previously gained experience working for Siemens Sp. z o.o. and Nokia Siemens Networks.

He was responsible for sales development of Managed Services in the region of Western and Southern Europe. He was the Account Manager responsible for cooperation with T-Mobile in Poland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. He then supervised the activities of Nokia Siemens Networks in cooperation with Nokia Siemens Networks customers in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, later he was in charge of selling business solutions to customers in Western Europe. In 2012 he took up a new challenge and joined the Siemens Sp. z o.o. Currently he is a General Director of Power and Gas, Power Generation Services, Wind Power and Renewables. Since April 2016 he is a Management Board Member of Siemens Sp. z o.o.
