Grzegorz Dzik graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Wrocław University of Technology. Founder of Poland's largest group of companies specialising in outsourcing services for businesses and Poland's largest private employer. Main shareholder of Impel S.A. (since 2004 President of the Management Board) and Vantage Development S.A. (since 2007 Chairman of the Supervisory Board) listed companies. Member of the Supervisory Board of TIM S.A. (since 2007).

Grzegorz Dzik also holds the following functions:

-        Chairman of the Western Chamber of Commerce - Employers and Entrepreneurs (association of Lower Silesian entrepreneurs, founder of the Lower Silesian Griffin Economic Award; associated with the organisation since 1998).

-        Chairman of the Council of “Na Ratunek Dzieciom z Chorobą Nowotworową” Foundation (an organisation supporting the Clinic of Bone Marrow Transplantation, Oncology and Paediatric Haematology in Wrocław - which helps young patients fight cancer; initiator of the construction of “Przylądek Nadziei”; associated with the foundation since 1999).

-        Member of the Social Council of the University Clinical Hospital in Wrocław (since 2000).

-        Vice President of the Employers of the Republic of Poland (the oldest and largest employers' organisation in Poland, whose representatives sit on the Council for Social Dialogue; member of the organisation’s governing bodies between 2002-2005 and since 2016).

-        Member of the Council of the Polish Copper Employers' Union (2011 - 2014), since 2016 Vice-Chairman of the ZPPM Council.

-        Member of the Council of the College of Eastern Europe Foundation (since 2003).

-        Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Wrocław (since November 2008).

-        Founder of the Ukraine Foundation (since 2013)

-        Chairman of the Council of Wrocław University of Technology (since 2019); Member of the Honorary Convention of Wrocław University of Technology (2015 - 1019).

-        Member of the Board of Entrepreneurs at the University of Economics Chancellor’s Office (since 2017)

-        Chairman of the Council of Wrocław University of Technology (from 2019)

-        Sponsor of scholarship programmes for children and students and for the disabled
