Manager with 25 years of professional experience in the area of HR. Director of HR Division in the ERBUD Capital Group from September 2017. Responsible for creation, development and implementation of personnel strategy in each and every business segment of the ERBUD Capital Group in Poland as well as abroad. Previously, worked for companies from various industries – starting from the car industry (GKN Automotive), via manufacturing (Polifarb Cieszyn Wrocław, furniture factory Meble Forte), up to retail (Neonet). She was responsible for creation and implementation of the widely understood personnel strategy in each company. Her professional career started in 1994 in the company Ernst & Young. The graduate of psychology and law in the University of Wroclaw and WUT Business School. Certified ICC coach.
