Born on 7th of September 1971 in Gdańsk. A graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry and post-graduate studies "Managing a company in market conditions" at the Gdańsk University of Technology. Since the year 2000, he has been associated with the automotive industry, mainly in the area of quality engineering and supplier development.

For several years he cooperated with the companies Toyota Motor Industries Poland and Toyota Motor Europe SA. He gained experience as a quality team manager and an independent engineer in the purchasing department (production management of suppliers).

He was also professionally related with Gemplus Pologne, Eaton Truck Components and Autoliv Polska, where he managed a group of quality engineers.

He has numerous quality campaigns at key customers, improvement of production processes and implementation of new projects.

From December 2017, he is the President of the Board of Rosomak Joint Stock Company.
