Artiom Komardin is a co-founder and Vice President of Sense Monitoring - Smart Roofs, who helps Property Managers to keep their flat roof buildings in safe shape and make savings on everyday roof maintenance. 

Before launching Sense Monitoring #proptech startup, Artiom worked several years as a structural designer, construction supervisor and project manager. He associated his professional career with such brands as CH2M, Projchłod, Skalski Group and General Electric. 

Graduated from the Cracow University of Technology in the speciality of Theory of Structural Engineering and Université Joseph Fourier Grenoble. 

As a CSO of Sense Monitoring, Artiom is responsible for acquiring and servicing customers. Nowadays an innovates roof monitoring system Sense S-One has been installed under 650 000 sq.m roofs. 

Sense Monitoring was a best startup in the Tradition & Modernity category at the 10th European Economic Congress and won many other awards.
