President of the Management Board, founder and co-owner of the Nowy Styl, now the 3rd biggest office furniture company in Europe. His business skills and the social activities he undertakes have been noted and praised many times. In 2014 Adam won the Polish edition of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition, which enabled him to represent Poland during the international final in Monaco. In 1999 he was awarded the prize of Young Business Achiever competition, in the category ‘Top Achievement’. The Polish Confederation of Private Employers honored him with Andrzej Wierzbicki award for creating a thriving company and adhering to the principles of business ethics. He also received the Kisiel Award for "Capitalism in good style".
