Leader of the Regulatory Advice Team at EY, he has built up extensive experience in enhancing entrepreneurs’ competitiveness on a cross-border scale in terms of e.g. energy carrier costs, taxation of commodity transactions and combatting the grey market.

His key accounts include companies in the oil, steel, non-ferrous metals, chemicals, cement and tobacco sectors. Attorney in numerous tax/ customs proceedings, proceedings before district administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court (including as an attorney for Magoora sp. z o.o. before the European Court of Justice in C-414/07).

Graduate of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Economics in Kraków, the Faculty of Economics of Bielefeld Universität in Germany and the School of Business of the Stockholm University in Sweden.

Co-author of four commentaries on VAT and excise duty law and author of multiple tax articles in technical (business) periodicals. Licensed tax adviser (licence no 10204). Winner of „Złoty Paragraf 2008” in the „Best Tax Adviser” category awarded by Gazeta Prawna.
