He has been teaching Political Science at CNLU since 2006. He is a Resource persons at Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development at WALMI which gives training to I.A.S., D.S.P., B.D.O. and C.O Rank Probationer Officers. He has been engaging classes on Human Rights to Bihar Police Officers at BIPARD. As a resource person he takes classes in UGC sponsored orientation & refresher courses in Political Science. He is also Academic Counsellor for the Under Graduate and Post Graduate level of IGNOU and Nalanda Open University. He is also programme in-charge of IGNOU study Centre at CNLU.

In the Academic field he has written numerous articles and presented several papers at National & International seminars. He has visited Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Italy & France during academic exchange programme and delivered lectures, chair the technical session of seminars and also presented papers in international seminars. He has completed a one week course in Direct Trainer Skill Developed by Thames Valley University, United Kingdom in association with the Training Division, Department of Personnel and Training, Govt. of India.

He is the Director of Child Rights Centre of Chanakya National Law University, Patna which is working in collaboration with UNICEF and Director of Equal Opportunity Cell of CNLU, Patna.
