Since January 2018, President of the Management Board of Murapol S.A. and since february 2018 also President of the Management Board of Abadon Real Estate S.A.

Previously, he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board in both companies, respectively from 2016 in Abadon Real Estate S.A. and in Murapol S.A. from 2013.

Since 2017 he has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of Instal Lublin Sp. z o.o., while from August to October 2017, he held the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Awbud S.A. He has been engaged in development of Murapol Group since 2007; in his initial years of work, he held the position of Head of the Legal Division, and then he was its proxy as a legal advisor.

He gained professional experience in leading Law Firms in Silesia: the Office of Legal Advisor Marian Wachowiak and the Office of Legal Advisor Marek Płonka. He also occupied the position of a lawyer in Higiena System Sp. z o.o.

Mr. Iskra has a university degree, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. In 2009 he was granted the title of legal advisor in the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.

As President of Murapol S.A. and Abadon Real Estate S.A., he manages formal and legal aspects of acquisition of real properties, he manages investment processes and supervises development of Murapol Capital Group.
