IT executive with 15 years’ experience in managing shared service centre. He has been working in ING Tech Poland (former ING Services Polska) since its foundation. The company currently hires more than 800 employees and reaches 60 million euro revenue. 

Director of Business Development Department in ING Tech Poland (2007 – 2012), Vice President of ING Tech Poland (2013-2016) and since June 2016, General Manager of ING Tech Poland.

In 2014 Michał Paprocki introduced his first, trailblazing on ING scale, project of private cloud. In 2017, he implemented another ground-breaking and courageous initiative – implementation of a new working model, based on Agile methodology.

Introduction of Agile in the company begun with an experiment – forming 10 small, multidisciplinary teams, working in accordance to a specific mission that facilitated production of a certain product. Nowadays the whole company works according to the Scrum methodology, it is product-oriented and delivers products in iterations, coming into the line with changing expectations of business partners from all over the world.

ING Tech Poland provides IT services to all ING units worldwide. Services are based on Platform as a Service (PaaS) concept, through which the company successfully implements the most recent technological trends, like automation, containerization or Infrastructure as a Code.
