Michał Drożdż is educated in the area of new product development (product design) and in the executive management (MBA), with years of business experience in strategic management of the product development (design, r&d and product marketing).

While working for companies from various industries, new Director of Product Strategy at Ceramika Paradyż,  supervised and was responsible for the development of over three thousand products, from concept through design and engineering, to production and marketization. At the same time, he was responsible for the creation of unique projects of organizational processes, one of them has won the main prize in the DME AWARD competition organized by Design Management Europe ("BEST MANAGEMENT OF DESIGN IN A LARGE COMPANY" for ZELMER).

He is the author of numerous press articles and lecturer at Total Design Management Program at Institute of Industrial Design and  Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
