Katarzyna Byczkowska is Managing Director of BASF Polska since May 2018. Katarzyna received education at the Technical University of Wroclaw (Master in Chemical Engineering) and completed MBA at the University of Calgary. She had worked for 10 years for Dow Chemical in various commercial functions in Warsaw and London. Katarzyna began her career at BASF in 2005 as a Head of Sales for Europe North, in the UK. Later she held commercial functions in Germany, Ludwigshafen (2006-2007) and in Poland, Warsaw, where she took role of Sales Director for EUC and Russia (2008-2012). Delegated to Barcelona (2013-2017), held the position of Vice President, Sales & Regional Market Development Iberia. Recently she spent 6 months in Vienna as a Head of Controlling and Projects for EUC.
