Former Principal at Women’s Training College Patna University & presently posted at Department of Education, Patna University. She teaches Educational Psychology, Innovative Teaching Learning and Research Methodology. 

She has written a book “Microteaching-Practice & Technique” (Shipra Publication, New Delhi) that is widely used in teacher training programs. She has conducted workshops on microteaching for school teachers and at orientation programs for college teachers. She has a number of papers published in different journals.
