He graduated from the Civil Engineering Faculty at Warsaw University of Technology. Completed Graduate School of Business at Stanford University in California, SEP 2006.

Associated with Warbud SA since 1995 where he has managed, among others, the preparation of production, development of construction methods for many bridge structures throughout Poland. Warbud S.A.'s General Director since 2005 and Vice-Chairman of the Management Board since 2012. In February 2016 he was appointed Warbud S.A.'s Chairman.

For his special achievements in the field of construction he received the Honorary Badge "For Merits for the Construction Industry" awarded by the Ministry of Construction and the following titles: Best Manager 2008" and "Industry Personality of the Year 2017".

From March 2016 to March 2018 he held the Presidency of the Agreement on Construction Safety - an initiative established in 2010 currently associating 12 leading companies in the construction market.
He received the Minister of Infrastructure Award for his achievements in the field of architecture and construction and from the Central Technical Organization (NOT) for achievements in the field of technology - for the design of the Siekierkowski Bridge assembly method.
