Jerzy Buzek is a Partner within EY, at Assurance. He has more than 17-year-experience in the audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish and International Financial Reporting Standards. His main areas of activity are audit of financial statements prepared by the manufacturing companies operating in a number of sectors including those listed in Warsaw Stock Exchange. During his professional career Jerzy participated in a number of due diligence projects, transaction advisory (mergers, reorganizations etc.), restructuring engagements, including debt restructuring as well as implementation of reporting procedures (among others m.in. improvements of financial statements closing procedures).

Jerzy graduated from University of Economics in Wrocław in 2000, where he studied Accounting and Auditing at Finance and Banking Department. He also gained experience during internship in accounting department at Independent Insurance Agents in Pennsylvania, USA.
