Manager with experience in mining. Thanks to his high professional qualifications and experience gained, he successfully created divisions within the Company whose aim was to implement innovative technologies in mechanical hard rock mining. He took an active part in the implementation of heading machines for mining work carried out in the Lubin and Polkowice-Sieroszowice mines.
Contract manager at the Auguste Victoria mine in Germany - determined to achieve set targets, he successfully managed a foreign contract.

Simultaneously to gaining his professional experience at PeBeKa, he deepened his knowledge of company management – he graduated from the Executive MBA Programme taught at the Wrocław University of Economics.
