Jakub Ziółek is an attorney-at-law and specializes in transaction advisory. He has advised professional clients and private equity investment funds on many complex merger and acquisition processes. He has participated in real estate transactions concerning acquisition of the companies (share deals) and assets (asset deals), and has also frequently conducted legal due diligence of companies and enterprises.

Jakub leads a team of over 30 lawyers specialized in advising on M&As, corporate law and real estate. In 2016, he was distinguished as a recommended lawyer in the Private Client category by “The Legal 500 EMEA”.

Jakub has over 13 years of professional experience. Prior to joining the Crido Legal team, he was a Partner at SSW law firm. Previously, he gained experience at KPMG and at Baker & McKenzie. He has been running Crido Legal since 2013.
