Iga Lis specializes in providing advice on investment projects in the chemical, energy and metallurgy sectors, starting from project structuring, through issues related to its implementation and use. Moreover, she has extensive experience in legal services connected with ongoing operations of the chemical and energy sector companies, in particular as regards matters related to current regulatory issues.

She has represented clients in tender procedures based on the Act on Public Procurement Law. Since she started working at CMS, she has participated in a number of legal due diligence analyses of investment projects and companies as well as public procurement projects. Her professional experience includes M&A transactions, drafting legal analyses as well as advising clients on ongoing corporate matters. Iga Lis has also prepared drafts of internal corporate documents and by-laws. She specializes in drafting and negotiating complex long-term contracts.
