Mr Goh Boon Keem is an Investment Consultant assisting foreign investors setting up
operations in Vietnam.

Based in Vietnam since 2006, Mr Goh presently is the Director of Investment Consulting of
Happy Group Vietnam JSC. Concurrently also serving as Managing Director of National One-
Stop Services & Investments Organization (NSO) and Managing Consultant of Alpha
Management Consulting Services Co., Ltd (AMC).

Prior to current assignments, he was the General Director of a listed company dealing with
Industrial Machinery in Vietnam from 2006 to 2016.

He has more than 40-year experiences in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics and Retails
Industries with several Multi-National Companies (MNCs). His experiences include setting up
and establishing operations, procedures, systems and policy for service level performance &
measurement spread across diverse business industries, Regional Logistics Hub & Customer
Service Centre.

He has also been involved in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Costing and Purchasing
functions, and responsible for several implementations and training programmes in
Warehousing Automation, Warehouse Management System, Procurement & Cost Control,
Total Customer Satisfaction, Team Building and Employee Satisfaction Measurement.

Mr Goh holds an MBA from University of Leicester (UK) and various Professional Diplomas
and Certificates. He is also a trained QCC and QLP Facilitator.
