Involved in the energy industry since 2004. He has held various senior management positions at EWE AG for 12 years now. Recently, as the manager of the Development Division in the group, he has been responsible for, among other things, the foreign operations of the corporation. Since 2016, the President of the Management Board of the EWE Polska Group. A graduate from the Political Sciences and Public Affairs in Mainz and Cracow. During his studies he completed a course in Polish language and culture as a part of the Mainzer Polonicum program. With Poland connected for twenty years now.

Before his engagement in the energy industry, he had worked as a journalist on television, radio and in the press.
