Bożena Damasiewicz is Director of FAKRO Head Office. In front of her eyes and thanks to her commitment, FAKRO is developing dynamically, having today the position of the second largest company on the global roof window market.

She has been associated with the Think About the Future Foundation since its very inception in 2010. For more than eight years she has been successfully managing the Foundation as its Chairman. Bożena Damasiewicz is the co-author of the report “Why in rich countries of Western Europe people earn 4 times more than in our country?”. She is the initiator and originator of projects undertaken by the Foundation. She creates the Foundation's development strategies with a great passion, supervises their implementation and is actively involved in projects concerning the economic growth of Poland. Cordiality and openness help her in carrying out conferences during which she tells how to get benefits from living in the global economy. And everything to make us live better as people are her first priority.

Bożena Damasiewicz is a graduate of the Real Estate and Investment at the Faculty of Economics, Psychology and Pedagogy at the University of Economics in Krakow. She is open to the world and people and continuously develop herself. She completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance Management, Human Resources Management Psychology and Project Management.
