For over 20 years, Bartosz Marcinkowski has been dealing with company law, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. He is an experienced M&A negotiator. He advises leading Polish and foreign businesses. Bartosz actively develops and maintains foreign contacts, especially in London and Scandinavia. Frequent visits to London, Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo have resulted in unique, deep and trusted relations with investors (including PE and VC), bankers, lawyers and other advisers operating in these capitals.

He combines his work in the law firm with academic activity and is a doctor of law. He uses his academic experience in practice. He is author of numerous publications and is a lecturer in Poland and abroad. He has spoken at conferences in, e.g. London, Madrid, Valencia, Chicago, Vancouver, Columbus, Copenhagen, Hamburg and Frankfurt.
