For 26 years he has been working in the State Forests in various positions - from the forestry officer to the head of the development and innovation department at the regional directorate of the State Forests in Gdańsk. In recent years he has been leading projects related to the development and support of the forest enterprise sector, forest quality management and cross-border cooperation projects. He is currently working at the Directorate General of the State Forests in Warsaw, where he directs the project "Polish Wooden Houses - in harmony with Nature". The main objective of this project is to promote and develop energy-efficient wooden construction.
