Managing Director at ATF, in the waste management industry since 2005.

At ATF she is responsible for quality policy, audit, reporting, accounting and CSR activities. She co-authored the transformation of a small-sized family business into a company employing close to 200 employees and providing services to 200 000 citizens in over 30 local governments.

She is a holder of a certificate of competence regarding waste management – operation of landfill sites. She completed numerous courses concerning environmental accounting. She specializes in environmental protection law. She is an expert on difficult issues and knows how to work on a tight schedule. She audits documentation of individual company departments and is responsible for the technical side of all inspections carried out at ATF.

She graduated in sociology and psychosocial counselling at the Humanities Department of the University of Szczecin. She is passionate about natural horsemanship, reading books and listening to Chopin’s music.
