Adam Soroka has graduated from University of Business and Adminsitration in Gdynia and Gdańsk University of Technology. His career in maritime transport industry began back in 2003 with Baltic Container Lines, which manages container connnections between the ports of Western Europe and Poland. Since 2007 Adam Soroka has focused on sea freight industy, having worked for such companies as Maersk Logistics/Damco, and ATC Cargo, where he has been responsible  for functioning of the operational department, and later for the sales department. In 2017 Adam Soroka joined C.Hartwig Gdynia S.A. as Sales Director, being responsible for accelerating development of the container forwarding department.
