Merkulow Yuri Anatoljevich, Director of the Trade Department of PAO "Ukrzaliznica"
Born on 16 July 1974 in Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine).
He holds an engineer's degree in organization of transport by rail. He graduated from Dnepropetrovsk Institute of Railway Transport Engineers (Ukraine) in 1996.
During 21 years of work he has passed all career stages in the rail transport industry starting from the rolling stock dispatcher at Nizhnedneprovsk station - Pridneprovskaya Railways Node to the Director of the Trade Department of the PAO "Ukrzaliznica". In 2011 he received the title of the Honorary Worker of the Ukraine Transport. He was also awarded the "Railway Fame" Badge of the third degree (2006), " Award for merit for "Ukrzaliznica" (2013)," Honorary Railwayman" Badge (2014), Honorary Diploma of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2013), Honorary Diploma of the Rail Transport Council of the Participating Countries (2016).
