Legal advisor and an expert in international mergers and acquisitions.

She represents industry investors and private equity funds in acquisitions, investment processes and restructurings. She also routinely advises on corporate (corporate governance), commercial law and regulatory issues, and she represents clients in related litigation matters.

Weronika is a partner at Baker McKenzie and she heads the International Commercial & Trade team of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group in the Baker McKenzie Warsaw Office.
