Tomasz completed his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering on Technical University of Silesia in Gliwice. Since beginning of his career he was involved in the area of sales and marketing working for Flender AG and than Zlomrex Group.
He has joined the ArcelorMittal Group in 2008 leading the sales and marketing of flat products for the CEE market. Since 2009 he has been Chief Marketing Officer of ArcelorMittal Europe Flat Products Region East. In addition, he is also Chairman of the Board of ArcelorMittal FCE Poland Sp. z o.o., member of the Board ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Poland Sp. z o.o., and member of the Supervisory Board of ArcelorMittal Eisenhuttenstadt GmbH. Since 2010 he has joined the Supervisory Board of Stalprodukt SA and since 2016 FERRUM SA respectively.
