Piotr Witecki specialises in matters related to the infrastructure and construction sector. He represents owners, employers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and design professionals in disputes related to public and private construction projects, including investments under FIDIC contract rules.

In addition, Piotr represents real estate developers, owners, tenants, investors and lenders in various types of disputes, including  disputes over sale, tenancy, financing  and lease agreements .

Piotr specializes in all aspects of restructuring and bankruptcy law. He assists creditors, debtors, managers, financial stakeholders and liquidators in developing their legal strategies in the light of their specific business needs.

As well as representing clients in negotiations and before prosecuting authorities and common courts as an advocate, Piotr also represents them in internal and external investigations, including investigations in criminal proceedings, as well as in the pursuit of claims for damages and the recovery of misappropriated assets and other claims in civil and criminal proceedings.

Piotr also has extensive experience in advising clients from the energy and manufacturing sectors.
