Paweł Tynel is a Leader of Grants and Incentives Advisory Services, supporting domestic and foreign investors to get EU and public grants. He specializes in negotiations of the public grants for the biggest foreign investments in Poland and implementation of R+D projects. He has over 14-years’ experience in advisory of EU structural funds operating in special economic zones. He worked on many projects concerning selection of investment locations considering the investment incentives, access to qualified staff, labour costs, logistics as well as cooperation with the local governments and scientists. His main clients represent automotive, chemical, food, steel industries and shared services centers. Paweł is an author of many publications on public support and investment incentives, including the report on the Special Economic Zones after 2020.
